In the historic center, there are apartments located in old buildings, which benefit from an exceptional location, but which often need significant renovation work. On the outskirts, there are individual houses which do not always offer the expected level of comfort and can benefit from an interior renovation. There are also many recent apartments which can be personalized as part of a off plan homes consultancy.
Moving away from Annecy, we find chalets and stone houses typical of Haute-Savoie which have distinctive architectural characteristics (rectangular shape, roof without a setback) and which are inspired by local traditions and locally available materials (local stones, wood). These constructions can be the subject of complete rehabilitation to become exceptional residences.

We work particularly in Geneva, but also in the other municipalities of the canton of Geneva (Lancy, Meyrin, Vernier, Versoix, Carouge, Onex, Thônex, Versoix) and of the canton of Vaud, notably in Lausanne, Montreux, Morges, Nyon, Renens, Pully, Vevey and Yverdon-les-Bains (non-exhaustive list).
Projects carried out in French-speaking Switzerland are generally genuine cross-border projects that involve construction companies, craftsmen and suppliers on both sides of the border. For our Swiss clients, our fees do not apply intra-Community VAT.
